Teens Sports Nutrition Talk

Excited and ready to talk to a big group of athletes today about nutrition. This stuff truly fuels my fire and I hope I can light a spark for those I get to talk to as well. A big thanks to my incredible husband who told me the Ferner Printing Shop was open 24 hours and stayed up late to help me prepare and print after all the other local printing shops closed last night. :) Here's to teaching young minds how to fuel puposefully!
