Recommended for those who have their feet under them with healthy, happy habits and practice; and would like initial specific recommendations to start from; then prefer to continue on and make adjustments on their own.

  • Various coaching cycles offered based on needs and goals after a discussion together.

Provides individualized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to practice. We will go over adjustments, questions as needed and work on education with goals, nutrition, sleep, movement, mindset, and self-talk practice. The focus is to help you build skills, confidence and knowledge in living what a healthy and happy life means to you.
